Chin Huang Mango

The mango is widely consumed in Asia. Taiwan had committed continuous research and development conducted between labs. Combining modern technology and the help of life-long mango farmers expertise, the improved breed is named “Ching-Huang Mango”, and was nicknamed the “King of Mangos” immediately upon its launch in 1974 to reflect its grand success.

The king of mangos is giant in size with an average of 8 inches in length, 1.2 kg in weight, and exceptional in fragrance and elegant sweetness.

Taste and Texture
Mangoes are generally sweet, the taste and texture of the Chin-Huang Mango flesh is firmer in comparison to the other breeds, like a cantaloupe or avocado and some may have a fibrous texture.

Choose slightly firm mangos with sweet aroma. Avoid sap on skin

Low fat, saturated fat free, sodium free, cholesterol free, high in Vitamin A, good source of vitamin C.

Mint & Mango Marinated Zucchini Spaghetti
Wholly Vegan

(Serves 4 as a side dish, or 2 as a dinne)

Raw Spaghetti

2 Zucchinis

Instructions
Wash the zucchinis and slice them thinly with a julienne like slicer or a spiral slicer.

Mint & Mango Sauce

1 mango medium size
4 tbsp olive oil (add more if you like)
15 leaves fresh mint
1 inch fresh red chili
2 inches fresh ginger
a pinch of salt & pepper
a handful of green pea sprouts and pistachio nuts, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel and remove the stone from the mango, add all ingredients in a mixer and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour the mango mint marinade over the zucchini spaghetti and work it in by hand. Arrange the spaghetti on the plates and garnish with sprouts and chopped pistachio nuts.
